LAMB NO BULL: Marinated lamb, sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, and a selection of cheeses on a basil pesto base.

TUSCAN: garlic confit base, mozzarella, artichokes, spanish onion, capers, semi-dried toms and fetta, topped with pancetta and rocket
